REFUNDS AND RETURNS

David Porras Pottery LLC commits to provide high quality products. All pieces are handmade and one of a kind, which means that slight variations in size, shape, color & glaze effects may be present. Photographs & descriptions are done to represent each item accurately, however if you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within one week of receiving the item and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Should any damage occur during shipping, please take photos of the damaged object & its packaging. Please send us a message with these photos within one week of delivery. We are happy to refund or replace damaged items, however we cannot guarantee the exact item will be able to be replaced.

Ceramics are fragile, and like many fragile things, may break at some point down the line. Refunds on broken pieces can only be honored within one week of receiving your order.
